In just three years I built StackedSkincare from my home into a multimillion-dollar business that practically runs itself. I didn’t have unlimited funds, a fancy business degree, or even a mentor when I started StackedSkincare. What I did have was an operations mindset for smart and efficient decisions every step of the way, from idea to production and warehouse to consumer.
I never needed to raise money because I built efficient operation systems. I own 100% of my company. My shares will never be diluted. I’m in complete control to do what is best for my business.
